My own journey as a new mother, navigating a dysregulated nervous system, poor sleep, and a difficult return to work, deepened my commitment to exploring women’s mental health and well-being.
To better serve others, I pursued life coaching and nutrition certifications, building on my expertise in yoga, meditation, and holistic wellness practices. This path has ignited a dedication to helping women achieve balance, resilience, and fulfillment, offering a holistic approach to personal growth and transformation.
